# Subscriber Profile

You can do the following actions within this page:

* You can send individual broadcast messages to subscribers or export the conversation for record-keeping.
* When a subscriber replies to a broadcast message, you have the option to respond with a free-form message directly in the chat window.
* Keep in mind that you have 24 hours to reply after the subscriber's message. Once this period expires, the chat will close, and you’ll need to restart the conversation by sending a new template message to continue the interaction.
